At Uma Paints Industries, customer satisfaction is our priority. To ensure a smooth experience, we provide a clear and transparent return & replacement policy for all our products.
1. Eligibility for Returns / Replacement
We accept returns or provide replacements only under the following conditions:
- Product received is damaged during transit
- Product packaging is tampered or broken
- Wrong product received (different from invoice/PO)
- Manufacturing defect noticed upon opening
Returns are not accepted for:
- Products already opened, used, or partially consumed
- Incorrect application or storage by customer
- Color shade variation due to screen display
- Custom or bulk-made orders (unless damaged)
2. Time Limit for Return Request
You must inform us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
Any request after 48 hours will not be eligible.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us via email or phone
- Provide invoice details, order number & delivery receipt
- Send clear photos/videos of the damage or issue
- Our team will verify and approve the return/replacement
Once approved:
- We will arrange pickup (where available), or
- Ask you to send product back to our address
4. Replacement Process
After verifying the return condition, we will:
- Send replacement product free of cost, or
- Offer credit note / future purchase adjustment (if applicable)
5. Refunds (If Applicable)
As a manufacturing company, we prefer replacement over refunds.
Refunds will only be processed if:
- Replacement stock is unavailable
- Order was cancelled before dispatch
Refund timeline: 5–7 business days after approval.
6. Conditions for Return Acceptance
Returned product must be:
- In original packaging
- Unused and sealed
- With invoice & transport receipt
